Please read the following information carefully before purchasing any clearance item.

Clearance Pricing – All clearance items are offered at reduced prices to reflect specific circumstances, which may include ex-display use, discontinued designs, manufacturing imperfections, cosmetic marks or other minor defects. Any known defects will be described within the product listing and, where possible, shown in accompanying photographs.

Sales and Promotions – Clearance items are excluded from all sales, promotional offers, discount codes, voucher codes and multi-buy promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. No additional discounts may be applied to clearance products.

Product Condition – Clearance items are sold as seen. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing an order.

Returns and Refunds – Due to their reduced pricing and disclosed condition, clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive not as described.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Assembly Services – Unless otherwise stated, assembly is not included in the advertised clearance price. Where available, assembly may be added for an additional charge. Please contact our showroom on 01485 542516 to discuss assembly options before placing your order.

Availability – All clearance items are offered subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold, clearance items cannot be reserved unless agreed in writing by Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Co.

Product Images – We make every effort to ensure photographs accurately represent each clearance item. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
