Wool bedding, price as expected, and customer service are higher than expected.

Different mattress delivered to the one ordered. Upgraded as original order wasn’t available. However Sandringham 20 was very firm and uncomfortable. Needs turning and rotating every 4 weeks and is extremely heavy and unwieldy for us as pensioners. Will replace the mattress with another from a different British manufacturer.

I came across the Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Company in a magazine and decided to go with them because of their top-notch quality, wide range of styles, and British craftsmanship.

The iron bed created and designed by Wrought Iron and Brass company is exquisite! Having left my two beautiful iron beds back in the States when I relocated, I was on a mission to find the perfect iron bed replacement in the UK. I researched many companies but kept coming back to yours. I am so glad I did! Although I was in hospital when the bed was delivered and assembled, my neighbor told me the guys were super friendly, efficient and gave her a little history of the company, too. Thank you so much for my beautiful bed and all the help along the way with questions and decisions to make!

Ordered The Issac frame direct from the company after much humming and hawing over which iron bedframe I was in the market for. Opted for this company due to the good reviews after much research and partly due to the fact they sell through John Lewis which ive found tends to stock decent goods. Always feel its a stab in the dark ordering from smaller companies and had concerns about the quality and real life look of the products when buying things without seeing them in person but im glad i pulled the trigger with this one.

From the initial contact with the company about sizes and a few other enquiries I found them to be responsive, quick to reply and provided all the info I asked. With both myself and partner working in healthcare the company offered us a generous NHS discount. I was kept in touch throughout the manufactering of the bed and was given updates as to it progress and then regarding its delivery.

An accurate (within the hour) window of delivery was given to me to allow a relative to take delivery of my bed in my absence. When the bed arrived the deliveryman, very professional and amicable guy im told, proceeded to assemble the bed which looks fantastic in real life, true to the pictures advertised. The quality certainly appears to be there as it certainly feels sturdy enough to last a while with no squeaking or wobbling to note that I have seen in other brands frames. I cant speak for its durability over time as Ive only had it a few days but so far im very pleased with it.

Its not often ill write reviews about things but felt it’s appropriate to give credit to a small UK based buisness. Not the cheapest option i had looked at, though not the most expensive either and for what I paid I think it reflects its quality. If ever my friends of family are in the market for a metal framed bed in the future ill be sure to drop your name in.

In a world where it’s hard to find a phone number to call and speak to someone, I have to say the customer service was brilliant, accommodating and followed up a week after to ensure everything was ok. The delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly, and done a great job putting the bed together. The bed itself is of the highest quality, the finish is brilliant and sturdy, not one creak. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the bed, superbly made and the team who delivered were excellent, they arrived when they said they would, very polite and helpful, this is what all deliveries should be like. Well worth the money.

The Brontë Bed Frame is absolutely lovely, in fact it looks much better than the images appear. The frame has such a warm subtle glow. I actually look forward to going to bed just so I can be surrounded by such luxury :-)

So just had two very helpful lads deliver and construct my bed for me. I decided on the midnight blue frame and I have to say it looks fantastic. I know these beds are a lot of money but honestly, I am really pleased with the quality, service and outstanding finish of the bed. The midnight blue just looks amazing!

Our bed is stunning but what really stood out was how kind Kieran and Sarah were in their delivery and assembly of the bed. They were polite, funny and even my dog loved Sarah. Kieran even put our mattress on the bed even though I didn’t expect that extra step. Thank you so much for such great service – it really does make a difference.

I have just taken delivery of my Sophie Iron Bed Frame and it is fabulous – perfectly made (thank you Chris and Vicky), skilfully packaged (thank you Vicky and Lewis in the warehouse) and put together in my home with great care and big smiles (thank you Kieran and Sarah). The company have been a delight to deal with; they clearly care about their products and their customers and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The lifetime guarantee is a great bonus too.

I have just had a Kingsize and Double ‘Lily’ bed delivered which i purchased via John Lewis. The beds are stunning!!! So well made, i am so glad i purchased them. Now to go online and grab the Day bed to match! The delivery guys (Mark & Shaun) were great too, they put the beds together effortlessly and took all packaging. Lovely guys. Really impressed with this company.

I ordered a Catherine bed in Copper. The staff at Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Co. couldn’t be more helpful while choosing a bed and in keeping me informed while the bed was being made. Delivery staff were also excellent and had the bed assembled and ready in no time. The end result is wonderful. My new bed is beautifully crafted and lights up my room. I will in future replace other beds with beds from this company. Expensive but worth every penny.

Took delivery of our new cream wrought Iron bed today, delivery was on time, communication was great and the guys who built it for us were amazing . The whole thing was done in less than 20 minutes, would have taken us an age.

The bed is gorgeous, can’t wait for the mattress to arrive to test it out.

This is a slightly late review although I did tweet about this bed & this company. Fantastic service from the start – I decided after much research due to lockdown that this was the bed I wanted . After ordering it I received a phone call from Harry the following day to ensure I was happy & answered a few questions, he advised re timings etc. I later received another phone call from Garry reassuring me all was good & the bed was being made. Prior to delivery ( which was earlier than expected) another phone call to book In delivery & assembly. On delivery day Harry & Mark turned up to assemble the bed – really polite & efficient – put the bed together beautifully- I am so pleased – love it, great company have recommended them to everyone

Had my Isaac bed and mattress delivered & fitted today. Ecstatic with the product! Better – if possible – than I might have wished for. Especially having to choose product online without being able to see in person. I have been indecisive for a year on getting a bed, which one, mattress decision even harder. I have phoned the company on four occasions at least with questions. Always patient, extremely helpful and received good advice.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Delivery and fitting excellent. Polite, quick, clean and all PPE matters adhered to.

I love my beautiful bed. It is even more beautiful in reality than it appeared online and Frederick in the combination of ivory and nickel is stunning. The quality is superb and it is so much sturdier than I had expected but still as elegant. The process of buying was easy. I am absolutely over the moon with my new Grace small double bed. The quality far surpasses my expectations, and the service from first ordering to delivery and assembly was just outstanding, especially in the current pandemic situation…………. We have today taken delivery of our new Grace bed which looks absolutely stunning in our bedroom. It is so rare to find a Company who actually does what it says it will. Our experience , even in these difficult times, from placing our initial order through to the delivery & assembly of the bed was excellent & all the Staff we dealt with throughout the process were extremely efficient & friendly. All COVID-19 guidelines were rigorously followed to ensure the safety of both their Staff & ourselves which was very reassuring. We would highly recommend the Company if you want an excellent product & outstanding customer service.

Really pleased with the customer service, order process and lovely bed that was delivered today. Due to Covid/lockdown we opted to have the bed delivered into the downstairs room – v helpful delivery team with phone call to advise when they were due!

Really easy to put together – built solo with my own fair hands! Also perfect that it came in pieces as to get the bed upstairs I had to manoeuvre each part up a small curved staircase. Most importantly it looks lovely.

I ordered my new bed during lockdown which delayed the ordering process, however, I was kept up to date throughout. Once delivery was arranged I was advised what to expect on the day and everything went to plan. Delivery was on time, professional, and courteous. The delivery team removed their shoes without being asked, were careful of paintwork, and efficient with the assembly.

We were looking for a quality bed for our guest room. Having returned an online wooden bed purchase bought elsewhere (fit for firewood!) we were nervous about another online purchase.

We shouldn’t have worried our experience from order to delivery to the quality of the Grace iron bedstead has been amazing.

We ordered just before CV-19 struck so had to wait a little longer for our bed. Harry was excellent through out as were the delivery guys.

We spent a long time in the showroom deciding which bed to go for, my husband and I eventually agreeing on a kingsize Nelson and base. Amanda was great, provided us with cups of tea and was on hand to answer any queries we had. Process was smooth and straight forward from ordering through to delivery. The best delivery people we’ve ever had, they were friendly, careful and tidy, as they brought the bed in and assembled for us – polishing the brass before they left. Lovely to have a great quality locally made bed and personal service – something not so easy to find these days. We would definately recommend and buy again.

We have ordered a king size Jenny bed and two matching bedside tables. The quality of the products is outstanding! The bed is very sturdy and beautifully designed (and incredibly comfortable), we couldn’t be happier!

From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. The delivery and construction of the beds – excellent. The delivery men could not do enough to ensure all went smoothly.

I have bought 3 beds (all Edward beds) and mattresses from this company and couldn’t recommend them more highly. 2 of the beds (singles) are in the spare room and everyone comments on how comfortable they are. They look great too. The company is a joy to deal with – good old fashioned personal service. Nothing is too much trouble and they offer good honest advice. Our beds in the spare room needed to be slightly lower than specified due to the shape of the ceiling eves in the room. This was accommodated without any fuss at all. Delivery efficient. A five star experience and a great product.

I wish more companies were like this! I’ve bought 4 wrought iron beds and 7 mattresses so far. The service is excellent and the delivery men helpful and efficient. They are comfortable and the quality is excellent.

We needed a bed quickly. Not only was it made and delivered within a week, but the chaps that delivered it built it and cleared up after themselves. The bed itself is high quality and very comfortable and the whole interaction from start to finish with staff in the office and during delivery was friendly and efficient.

Is it a good idea to choose the perfect bed before you’ve even concluded the purchase of the property it’s going to feature in? Yes – the months of anticipation after coming across a photo of the Sophie double bed made its arrival all the more exciting. And justifiably so – the bed frame makes for even more of a feature piece than I had dreamed all those months, and combined with the Everyday brick pocket mattress has made for a more comfortable night’s sleep than I’ve had in any hotel. The frame and finnials (black and nickel) have a beautiful finish.

From my first enquiry after seeing the bed photo about shipping up to Scotland, to keeping me up to date with delivery, the team answered my questions promptly and fully, delivering a friendly and helpful service. Their delivery team were also excellent, taking great care with my precious bed and explaining the different sections to me. Thank you all for delivering my dream bed!

At last I own the bed I dreamed of. I saw a bed on Pinterest, unfortunately not for sale. After a very lengthy internet search, search term ‘acorn finials’, I found the exact bed. Lily. What a find. I originally ‘found you’ through the John Lewis website and came to see your showroom to be sure I chose the right one. The showroom (and the drive to you in Sandringham) was beautiful. I chose the ‘Charlotte’ frame, a super king in ivory with one of your mattresses. It looks absolutely wonderful. What a statement piece and is so comfortable! Dreams of having a fine brass bedstead came true yesterday when the two young men who delivered it had it assembled in no time.
