Key Conditions of the Guarantee:
- We will determine whether to repair or replace the bed based on the issue.
- The guarantee applies only to beds bought directly from us or an authorized retailer and delivered by our team.
- It covers the metal framework (iron, brass, and nickel) but excludes slats, bed bases, mattresses, bedding, and tarnished brass.
- It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Following our care instructions is essential—failure to do so may void the guarantee.
- A signed delivery note is required to validate the guarantee.
