Terms and Conditions
The Winter Sale runs from November 22nd to January 31st. Orders must be placed within this period to qualify for discounts, complimentary gift vouchers, or the free pillow offer.
Customers will receive 10% off orders between £1,000 and £2,000, and 30% off orders over £2,000. Discounts apply to product value only and do not include service charges such as delivery, assembly, or bespoke work. Spend thresholds are calculated on the final order total after discounts.
Orders placed before 30th November will receive a complimentary gift voucher. Customers spending over £3,000 will receive £300, those spending £2,000–£3,000 will receive £200, and those spending £1,000–£2,000 will receive £100. Customers may choose vouchers from John Lewis, Waitrose, or Marks & Spencer, and vouchers will be sent within seven days of placing the order. Service charges do not count towards voucher eligibility.
Customers purchasing any Natural or Bedstead mattress during the promotional period will also receive a complimentary pair of luxury wool pillows. These pillows are non-exchangeable and have no cash value. If an order containing a Natural Collection mattress is cancelled or returned, the retail value of the pillows will be deducted from the refund unless the pillows are returned unused and in their original condition.
Winter Sale orders will be delivered in the New Year, with delivery dates confirmed once production begins. If an order is cancelled or returned (in full or part), the value of any gift vouchers already issued will be deducted from the refund. If vouchers have been redeemed, their full face value will still be deducted.
This promotion is available to retail customers purchasing directly from The Wrought Iron & Brass Bed Company. It cannot be combined with trade terms or other offers unless stated. Clearance or made-to-measure items may be excluded. The promotion has no cash alternative.
