Loved by many for generations, our original dog bed is a non-chewable, supporting and comfortable retreat for canine companions of all ages, shapes and sizes. 

Handmade by our exceptional craftsmen within our Sandringham workshop. Just like our regular beds, wrought iron is cut, sculpted and welded by hand, with every detail carefully monitored by the exceptionally trained eye of our craftspeople. Double powder-coated by hand to offer a tough, durable, long-lasting finish- our original dog bed is ready for all kinds of rough and tumble. 

Made from 100% recycled material and nested on a supportive and wipeable FSC wooden slatted base- our foam mattress offers ample support for joints and muscles. The water-resistant liner keeps the memory foam clean and dry. The washable, breathable cotton cover unzips for easy removal if your dog likes to get into bed with muddy paws. 

Handmade by our exceptional skilled craftspeople, our dog beds come with a five-year guarantee on the iron frame- which covers any manufacturing faults. However, this does not cover damage caused by teething puppies or dogs who like to chew their bed. 

Our dog beds are sized based on individual dog weight
Small – up to 18kg
Medium – 18kg to 27kg
Large – 27kg to 40kg
X-Large – 40kg to 54kg

If you have two dogs and would like them to share a basket, we suggest combining their weights to calculate the required size. However, it depends on how your pair like to be! We have two black labs at around 27kg each but only have a large- as they like to sleep cheek to cheek.

We’re proud to be the first iron bed manufacturer in the UK to be certified as carbon neutral. 100% of the electricity used to make our dog beds is from renewable energy resources, and our packaging is made from 100% recycled material.

Where possible, our dog beds are made from smaller lengths of metal- offcut from the making of our regular beds- which helps us reduce metal waste and ensures little virgin material is used.

  • We recommend that you clean your iron dog bed frame with a fresh soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
  • Avoid cleaning products that may contain solvents or ammonia.
  • Heavy impacts may damage the powder-coated finish.
