Laser Cutting

Here at the Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Co. we like to combine traditional iron fabrication techniques, with modern day technology. Using the latest computer design software and the technique of laser cutting, we are able to create intricate and highly engineered structures (such as our iron gazebos).  Or if you’re looking for something a little simpler, we can use our design and laser cutting skills, to create beautiful sculptures and decorative iron panels.

Decorative Garden Panels

Created to support a commercial project, these decorative screening panels. Plus, offer a support for climbing fauna and flora.

3D Sculpture / Statue

Commissioned for a domestic setting. The brief was to create a simplistic, 3d statue of a ballerina. Using our laser cutting services and iron fabrication skills, we were able to create a 3d statue which was self-supporting, through an interlocking technique.

Decorative Detailing

Developed for a commercial project, which featured two iron gazebos at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2018 and Sandringham Flower Show 2018. Laser cutting was used to add intricate detailing, to these iron structures. Drawn with the latest computer software, we were able to engineer laser cutting into the supporting structure, without impeding on its overall strength.
