Buying a mattress is more than a purchase- it’s an investment. Investing in the right mattress is essential, so we recommend trying our wide range of mattresses to ensure the one chosen is the right one for you. Our showroom team will be able to offer expert advice and recommend options based on your needs.

To book a visit to our showroom or if you can’t visit and would like guidance on choosing a mattress, call 01485 542516. Our team can offer advice to help you choose the right mattress.

We recommend you alternate turning and rotating your mattress at least once every other month, which will help even and reduce uneven settlement. Settlement is a natural occurrence in natural fibre mattresses, and failure to turn or rotate regularly may result in an irregular and sunken mattress.

Protecting your mattress with a breathable, natural mattress protector is recommended, as it complements and enhances your mattress’s natural ability to regulate body temperature and breathability. We also recommend removing all covers regularly to allow your mattress to breathe.

Once your mattress has been removed from its protective bad, leave it for a few hours to breathe and settle, allowing any natural scent from the fillings to disperse.

Clean your mattress regularly with a soft brush and hoover. If there is a spill, immediately wipe it with a clean, absorbent cloth.

Known for our high standards of raw materials and exceptional quality of craftsmanship, we offer a full 30-year guarantee on our Sandringham Wool No.1 mattress.

Our guarantee demonstrates our promise of quality. It covers any aspect deemed a manufacturer’s fault, excluding general wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a defect arises through proven material failure or faulty craftmanship, we shall make good or replace your mattress.
